With over 30 years experience in nursing homes and supporting care services we have an extensive team of qualified and expert healthcare professionals ranging from Registered Nurses, Care Assistants and nutritionists / dietitians.

Live-in provides you with a fully trained carer living in your own home. Your live-in carer will support you with your specific needs to keep you comfortable and promote your independence at home.
Palliative care
Palliative care at Rushmore Homecare offers psychological, social and spiritual support for the service user in order to provide a comfortable, peaceful environment for them.
Daily Care
Assisting clients with every day tasks such as house work, help with meals, shopping, laundry and any other daily care activities. We go that extra mile to make our clients day that bit easier.
